We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders. Shipping terms are part of our Terms & Conditions.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Some items may require additional handling or build time; if so, the expected lead time is noted on the product page.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping rates
Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the method you choose. Typical options and delivery estimates:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more (before taxes, after discounts), shipped within the contiguous United States. The qualifying subtotal is shown in your cart.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once an order ships, not when it is placed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and high-volume periods can affect delivery times. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. International availability may vary by product.
International orders and export compliance: Some of our products are subject to U.S. export control laws and may not be eligible for international shipment, or may require additional documentation or a license before they can ship. International orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please review the Export Control section of our Terms & Conditions before placing an international order. We may request end-user/end-use information and may cancel orders we cannot ship in compliance with applicable law.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. You can also view order status in your account.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
- Delayed: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- Lost: If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Incorrect address and undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded less original shipping costs.
